We currently deliver to Hong Kong local commercial areas only.

Add an Sample orders with ootu logo will be arranged within 3 working days upon order confirmation.

For custom logo imprint orders, production and delivery will take approximately 10–15 working days after the client approves the final artwork or image file. 

Delivery charges apply only to orders below HK$500. Orders of HK$500 or above enjoy complimentary delivery.

Yes. Delivery service is available to commercial addresses only and excludes residential, remote, and restricted areas. Add an answer to this item.

Delivery timing may be affected by public holidays, severe weather conditions, or unforeseen courier delays. 

Yes. For bulk and corporate orders, separate delivery arrangements can be discussed based on order size and schedule requirements. Add an answer to this item.

 Upon confirmation of the logo artwork by the client via email or WhatsApp, the artwork will be deemed final and approved for production. No further amendments or modifications will be accepted thereafter.

  All confirmed orders are final and non-returnable. Returns, exchanges, or replacements will only be considered in the event of defective goods.
